How can i keep my lips soft and unchapped without applying chapstick everry 30 seconds?

Ive been told that i have the perfect lips, like the cartoon character ones. And well, i want to embrace them but unfortunately theyre always chapped and dont stay nice and smooth for long. any tips?How can i keep my lips soft and unchapped without applying chapstick everry 30 seconds?

They shouldn't be getting chapped constantly.





If you lick your lips they will chap, or if it's winter and you don't protect them from the elements they will get chapped. But other then that they should be fine.





All chap stick does is put a waxy cover on them to keep natural moisture in them and protect them.
Well what I do is when I brush my teeth u slightly kinda brush ur lips too or whatever u want to get all the dry dead skin off. After that you apply the chapstick (get a good chapstick). Dont lick your liips or anything after that, and they should stay nice for awhile. Licking your liips makes them more chapped..
get mentha balm chapstick.


they are only sold at bath and body works and are a little bit pricey, ( like 9 dollars )but they kept my lips very minty feeling and moist for like 30 minutes!
