What are some ways to get soft lips and moisturized with out buying stuff?

i have dried and in the mid soft lips but i cant seem to find stuff to help it...can you help? can ya give tips or recipes or ways something?What are some ways to get soft lips and moisturized with out buying stuff?
To get soft lips you need a toothbrush (not one you use to brush your teeth) sugar and olive oil.


Once a week, mix olive oil and sugar into a paste and rub all over your lips. Then rinse off. Everyday, run a wet toothbrush over your lips. Wear SPF 30 lipbalm to prevent wrinkling in you lips from sun damage. Beolfore you go to bed at night put petrolium jelly (Vaseline) on your lips to keep them moisturized.





To get fuller lips, rub cayenne pepper on your lips. (because it is an irritant , it will cause your lips to swell for a couple hours.) PLEASE NOTE!!!! If you are ALLERGIC to latex, banana, kiwi, chestnut or avocado, DO NOT USE cayenne pepper! well, to start off make sure you drink a lot of water, so your lips don't get dry. wear chapstick, and if that doesn't help, buy vaseline (you can buy it pretty much anywhere) and it really helps.
